Hi, thanks for visiting. I deeply care and am dedicated to helping you overcome any challenges. My eclectic modes of therapy are all scientifically researched and studied. I offer unique solutions, teach you tools to self-manage emotions, and provide expert guidance.

I studied Psychotherapy and Hypnosis at Master’s level in England. I am also certified in Mindfulness techniques developed at Oxford University. I see individuals in my private practices in Venice Beach and Glendale, LA.  I also host weekly groups in Malibu rehabs and LA meditation studios (Unplug, Ceremony and The Den). My daily meditation practice is Transcendental Meditation (TM).

Before dedicating my life to helping others, my earlier career was in the film industry where I achieved critical acclaim as a lead actress in India and Europe.

Sessions are unique and enjoyable, we will pause and navigate your inner world peacefully.  After carefully listening to you I will tailor sessions to suit your individual needs. After our sessions you will be energized, confident, happier and more able to make intuitive decisions. If you’re looking for an open-minded, compassionate and creative therapist we could be a good fit.
