Hi, thanks for visiting. I deeply care and am dedicated to helping you overcome any challenges. The eclectic modes of therapy I use are all scientifically researched and studied. I tailor unique solutions to suit your needs, teach you tools to self-manage emotions, and provide you with expert guidance and support. I first began using my knowledge of psychology to achieve critical acclaim as a lead actress in Bollywood and European cinema. I then studied Psychotherapy and Hypnosis at Master’s level in London and became certified in mindfulness techniques developed at Oxford University.

I see clients in LA at my offices in Venice Beach and Glendale. I also host weekly groups in Malibu rehabs and LA mind gyms. Private sessions are unique and enjoyable, we will pause and navigate your inner world peacefully.  After carefully listening to you I will tailor sessions to suit your individual needs. After our sessions you will be energized, confident, happier and more able to make intuitive decisions. If you’re looking for an open-minded and creative therapist we may be a good fit.

Corporate Wellbeing & Happiness

Brain scans show after 8 weeks of meditation you can change your brain physiology so that you are more resilient to stress and more able to focus. Companies such as Google, Goldman Sachs, General Mills, Aetna & Intel now incorporate mindfulness in the workplace to improve performance and increase wellbeing. I offer a variety of mindfulness based courses approved by the NHS and developed by Oxford University. They are scientifically researched, peer reviewed and show results.
